I was wondering if this might somehow help me with this game bug:
Hello guys, I have just started Act 3 and started with the camp at the docks, as I usually do, I started decorating and organizing my items. Usually, I have a chest that I keep outside, where I put all the "papers" (books, letters, etc, don't judge me, I like to collect stuff.
the problem started when I arrived at the Elfsong tavern, I paid for their room, and I didn't know it would replace my docks camp completely, so basically I know that every time I proceed to another area, the items on camp went directly to main Traveller Chest, so I didn't panic, enjoyed the nice cozy room, and continued playing for a long time. when I wanted to organize my papers again, I didn't find my paper chest in the main Traveller chest! the game just ate it... I'm lucky I didn't put anything game-breaking in there, like the clown body parts or the rune-bomb... I still don't know what I lost, I can go to the previous save and check, I hope it's nothing important.
the bug is that in this specific switch from the dock camp to the Elfsong camp, the game does eat all the items that were outside, not like in other switches. My question is. is it possible to have a mod that I can summon certain items from JSON, Let's say I can export all the item IDs from the previous saves chest and summon them in a new chest in the newer save.
I used your "item" resource list to make a web app that can generate Lua tables containing item ID's (Original purpose was to create a list of non-junk items for auto-loot script)
This is an amazingly concise resource and those with cheat engine that aren't aware of it should be. Thank you so much. If you haven't you should post it in an applicable subbreddit.
Hi. I can't find the uuid Counting House Vault keys in the file. Do they even exist? And if so, how to find them (or can you just throw them off? and then I'm looking for a really long time). Unfortunately, I have already lost one key, I would like to get it another way.
There are vault keys in this but not in the sense of what you're looking for.
There are some guides to finding all the keys but in all honesty none of them are needed when theyre all able to be lockpicked. If youre a completionist, then im sorry. Could maybe ask someone who found them all and kept them to pull their save file to look at the uuid.
I would offer to do so but im also a hoarder...i'd have to skim through the 100+ keys i have and...yea...no...
I cannot believe I made Skirt Mod (i.e. tracked down 150+ individual blahblahblahrandom84903844830numbers.lsf files) without this. This is amazing. I'm only irritated I didn't learn about it sooner. Thank you.
This is great, thank you! It might be too difficult, or add too much to the file, but it would be really nice if the item file also linked to the models it uses in game!
I want to use a certain piece of equipment to correspond to a certain mode of movement, such as flying. Do you have any relevant configuration information?

This a resource for modders who are already experienced. This is a not a "make a mod guide". There are guides already - here are some examples: Padme's BG3 Tutorials and Modding Resources, Template and guide to Weapons and Armour modding 1.3, and Sample Equipment Mod (Full Version Mod).
