Mod completely changes the lighting for Novigard & Velen. It also removes this blue dense fog.

Installation:
0. Put "modEnvVNewLight" folder from the archive in "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods".
Uninstallation:
Delete the "modEnvVNewLight" folder.
