I will fix bugs, if needed. You can obviously still download and use it, but it will be soon united with my next mod. If you'd like to use that one, DO NOT download this as it will NOT be compatible.
Thank you for updating it with a map marker! I will use your version instead of my modified version of your mod! I will do the same when you update your lakeview home!
Hi! I did, I updated the other mod before this one ^^ I do suggest you use mine, not because you modded it, but because I finally managed to fix (for real finally XD) the navmeshes! Before, my followers used to be able to come in and out but glitched a lot or teleported or whatever. Now they just can walk normally.
Hello! First of all, I apologize for the late reply. Second, I tried to satisfy your request and added a smelter on the outside of the house in version 1.4! Let me know how it works for you, because I haven't been modding for a little bit and I'm afraid I might have broken things xD Thank you so much! ^^
This looks great! I love mods that try to remain true to the original style of Skyrim. Less is more I believe. I don't have a use for this yet (not quite for my current playstyle) but I wish you luck in your future modding endeavors. Edit: I tried out the mod. It's okay but I have some issues. - The stairs going up the the house look a little too cold for riverwood, maybe wood would be better. - The location could be more realistic like within the walls of riverwood. Next to a cliff looks a little precarious. - My followers were clipping through the building and were running into walls. - The path to the house requires jumping up a slight ledge. I think it's better if you can navigate any areas without jumping. I'll see if I can add some ENB screenshots that I took to your post.
Thank you for your feedback! I released an update and tried to follow some of your suggestions: - I changed the stairs into wood ones and now they should not require you to jump anymore. - I totally forgot to navmesh the place so followers clipped inside the house for that reason: now it should be fixed, or at least it works in my game lol so let me know, please, if it works for you aswell!
The only thing I won't change is the location itself though =) that's because there're so many better mods that alter Riverwood and I want mine to be playable with them (me being a newbie with the modding means that I have no idea how to fix possible crash bugs that may depend on that XD). I'll try to improve myself and once I feel good enough I might give it a try!
This actually looks pretty cozy. A lot of player homes just don't realize the value in having something compact and simple, with no fluff. It is a little dark though, so as a suggestion, you could look into adding some fake godrays (like the ones you find in certain inns and in the Blue Palace) coming from the windows. That'd brighten the place up a bit without adding a bunch of unnecessary sconces and candles and other lights.
Thank you! I released a small update(?) and tried to follow your suggestion. Now there're four more lights coming from the windows. Let me know what you think about it ^_^
