Just like to point out for those are confused (and didn't read the description, because this is in there!) - this mod doesn't contain any textures. It's not a retexture. The way it works is it uses the esp to tell the game to use different vanilla textures for its mill meshes than are normally used (if you have any texture mod, like Skyrim HD, then it'll use those textures). Then it places its mill meshes everywhere in the world instead of the vanilla mill meshes (hence all the compatibility patches needed).
If it were me I'd rename the mod, like "Better Mills" or "Better Mill Meshes" since it doesn't actually contain any textures.
Not sure of the problem, but NMM constantly says this mod needs updating. This site says I'm installing v1.1, NMM says I'm using v1.0, and v1.1 is available for download. Vicious circle when trying to fix. This is the same for multiple mods, and I'm not sure where the problem is.
This is one of the most undervalued mods in nexus community. Seriously, this mod breathes in new lives to boring, uniform towns around skyrims. Together with Better towns, you finally feel like you are in am unique town, not just another duplicate. I have struggled to understand why people do not use this mod, and reached a conclusion that many are too afraid to try it out. with better towns, it is, after all, an town overhaul. However, after I have tried it for over an hour, I can promise you that this is definitely a lore-friendly, subtle, and well-balanced mod. As a matter of fact, the designs and texture layouts of raphoul's mod is such well-blended and natural that you will forget that you have installed this mod untill you uninstall it again. For people sick with visiting towns with exactly the same design over and over and OVER again all across Skyrim, this is the mod you MUST get!
Honestly, I am not going to use this mod for now, since I haven't finished my first play-through, and I wish to keep the game as vanila as I can manage. However, this wonderful, beautiful mod will be definetly be in my load order the second time I replay the game.
you Rock my friend. I don't wanna go the fanboy road here <- truly I'm but I use this mod and the Expand Weather System and I never been happy with my Game like this. I love your work and the sense of style and art you bring with it.
and yeah thank you for the No Snow Under the Roof + Better Dynamic Snow patch.
Ok. I'm only asking because the elfx patch for expanded towns and cities does. Did you say somewhere not to use this mod or better towns textures with expanded towns and cities yet?

Better Mills textures is fully compatible with ETaC.
Better Towns Textures is no longer compatible for now, but will be in the upcoming new version
thanks for the mod. It looks great.
Is it compatible with the Realistic Lighting Overhaul (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30450)?
In that case I'll download and install it later. Looking forward to your other planned ones as well.
