   Nice idea but you couldnt have made the ini file less userfriendly if you tried

   This looks like what I'd need, since it's an OBSE script , I assume it shouldn't interfere with UOP ? does it come with good default values?

      I am not good at modding at all, but I opened the esp file in notepad++ and I can see hardcoded quest messages, I assume it doesn't base fixed on UOP?
