Custom Independent Thievery Requirements
by
Avalon2260
version 20160105

Description
===========

Requires OBSE to read the ini file, but works without it if configured
manually (see the ini file for details on configuration).

Description
===========

This makes the fenced loot amounts required for the Thieves Guild (i.e.
Independent Thievery (TGStolenGoods)) configurable. Hard-coded values are
useless, since appropriate values will be mod-dependent.

For convenience, there is a global multiplier which will set all amounts to
some multiple of the vanilla values. Alternatively, you can set a specific
amount for each quest, or use a mixture of both. Any value that is not
explicitly set will use the multiplier.

The defaults are 50x vanilla. If you can't hack that, you taffer, then change
it in the ini file. Or maybe have your character slap some glue on their
greasy sausage fingers to help shit stick to them. YMMV.

Book - Progress Tracking
========================

Due to Oblivion's crappy journal system which requires hard-coded text, the
requirements cannot be shown in log entries. Thus, to keep track of your
progress, there is a book which you can acquire from Armand or S'Krivva via
the 'Loot Ledger' topic. This will be available once you have completed the
initiation.

When equipped, this will show your current fenced amount and how much you need
to progress.

You can obtain as many copies as you want, so you can leave them lying around
wherever if you don't want to carry it around (though it is weightless).

Installation
============

I don't use mod managers, and don't know anything about them.

There is a BAIN version for Wrye Bash, but I have not tested this, it should
work though.

For the manual version, copy (or symlink) the contents of ./Data to your
Oblivion Data directory, or create your own package for your mod manager of
choice. I assume you can cope with basic file management?

Load Order
==========

This needs to load after anything that changes TGStolenGoods. such as OOO.

Compatibility
=============

This modifies the TGStolenGoods quest script, so will obviously conflict with
any mod that modifies that, such as OOO. Thus, load this after any such mod.

Credits
=======

The OBSE team. Without OBSE, I would have wandered away from Oblivion years
ago.

Legal etc.
==========

The TGStolenGoods script and journal entries were of course created by
Bethesda, I just modified them.

The other scripts are mine, you can do whatever you want with those.
