Hey so I just got this mod, but when I weild the scimitars i get some very bad graphical errors, what am i missing here? Like when i equip the sword it looks like im holding a massive floating brick with an exclamation point in it.
maybe you could better have put icingdeath into the shield, with a 100 percent fire resist. (whatever hunting cat, on the cover of the books they look like this
True Swords did the same thing that happens here, and that is not making Icingdeath's hilt match the authors description of it in Icewind Dale. In the book when Drizzt finds the blade after killing Icingdeath a description is given and it says that the hilt is shaped in the likeliness of a hunting cat. Here is the paragraph from the book describing it. "He shifted through the portion of the pile he had just freed from the ice, uncovering a gem-encrusted sword pommel, its black adamantite hilt masterfully sculpted into the likeness of the toothed maw of a hunting cat. The lure of the intricate workmanship pulled at Drizzt, and with trembling fingers he slid the rest of the weapon out from under the gold. A scimitar. Its curving blade was of silver, and diamond-edged. Drizzt raised it before him, marveling at its lightness and perfect balance."
@talion, the newer art still depicts drizzt with scimitars although they are not the traditional heavy arabian weapons more suited to chopping. They are often described as "thin blades" these thinner slashing blades are still scimitars.
