Drizzt Blades
Version: 1.0 (probably only one I'll be doing)
By: Gokris Tempouin

General Info: Drizzt's Twinkle and Icingdeath blades, plus a shield version of Twinkle can be found in front of the Akavir dragon statue in the Talos Plaza district of the Imperial City.

Installation:
-Extract "Drizzt Blades.zip" into your "Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion" folder. (or to a temporary folder, then drop data folder wherever you have Oblivion installed)
-Merge folders when asked, nothing will be overwritten
-Start the Oblivion Launcher.
-Click "Data Files".
-Check Drizzt Blades from list
-Click "OK" and you're ready to play!

Uninstall:
-Just delete all folders titled GKT in Meshes/weapons, Textures/weapons, and Textures/menus/icons, as well as the .esp file
-That should be it

Issues:
-Sword is new mesh and textures so should not conflict with anything. Prefixes to all new objects are GKT if you wish to edit them in the CS.
-The shield version of Twinkle is a little off when held, but when blocking looks right on. In first person mode you would never even see this however. Sorry, got it as close as I could.
-Menu models on character seem to have some issues most likely relating to the many, many pieces these swords are made from. I did minimal editing of the original meshes, so this is something I am not likely to fix.
-The in-game versions look fine, but shading does not work on them, i.e. when you go into darkness they look as if they are in the light. I haven't been able to fix this either, and frankily, it's upsetting me so much I think I'll just end up doing more harm than good.
-If anyone decides to attempt fixing these issues, be my guest, just be sure to credit Thann for the original work on the models/textures

Credit:
-I made neither the meshes, nor the models for this mod, it is simply a conversion from a Morrowind file per request.
-The original file, Twinkle and Icingdeath V2 by Thann, is still available if you would like the MW version

Thanks:
-Bethesda, of course, for the amazing Construction Set
-TESNexus, and Darkone, for hosting this and thousands of mods
-Echo, for Blender Tutorials which inspired me to actually keep working with these things

Version History:
-1.0 first, possibly only release
