Worldwoner, as a matter of fact, yes...I agree with you. But this is a modder's resource which just happens to have a basic plugin to allow people to play with it until somebody decides to use it for a larger mod. ">
Nice looks, fresh idea "> But... Dont u think that to sell THAT weapon in a shops - is not really good idea? U better arm some dremoras with that things, IMHO
FYI - Files with descriptions for this mod have broken downloads!!! If a file mirror is listed, please use it until this issue is resolved.
I was trying out a new feature that I thought was working (I did not test it thoroughly enough) and all files I modified to have "descriptions" are now impossible to download from TESNexus.
KaedaKitty, you will have to use the Construction Set and modify the plugin. Find the container I created. I think the FormID is "VendorAFightingChanceLHADaedricTrap" so once you find it, right-click on it and select "Used In" or something like that and it will show you the chest in the render window. It is located below the store so you can then move it inside the store and set the ownership to the player or none. Be sure to remove the key requirement as well.
Or you could create a new vendor and assign the chest to him.
Super-Moose, if you haven't noticed, I have released a ton of mods and I have a fairly tough hide. It's a lot of work to do a proper publish of a mod and given my experience with player-requested works, I just don't care to do it any longer.
"IF" I create something for an individual, it will be given to just that individual. It will be up to them if they share it with others. Take the Excessor sword for example, I don't even like those kinds of swords but I think I did a good job at replicating what the person wanted based off the screenshot given to me. I should have just given that directly to him instead of making it available to everyone.
If I create a mod for myself and release it, then get negative feedback, that's quite OK for me and will likely do something to correct it. If I do the same for somebody else and I have no intension of making changes to it for other people, it simply isn't the same thing and I'm going to avoid that scenario in the future.
"Yes, I'm getting the feeling here at TESNexus that I shouldn't do requests...or at least keep from publishing them and only giving them to the people asking for them." Why? Because someone posted a comment that wasn't just arse kissing? You could always just ignore the comments, if they trouble you that much.
