With this mod and "'bFasterTitleMenu = 1" in lStewie's Tweaks, Laser Weapon Iron Sights has no effect. It definitely works, it makes the menu appear as soon as the Fallout: New Vegas logo fades in, rather than waiting till it has fully appeared. You need to have NVSE installed.
Yes, Stewie is right, it works, but not exactly the way it comes to mind at first.
Probably people would think that if speeds up the full screen intro\logo pictures, but in fact it only affects how fast the buttons on the right appear AFTER all the full screen intros\logos already disappeared.

One question that is not related to your mod: My mouse stutters for the first few seconds it appears on the title screen - aproximately shortly after the menu appears. I can move the mouse pointer but not precisely enough to hit any button. (Btw this has happened long before I installed this mod, so it has nothing to do with StewieAI's work). Does anybody know whether the mouse stutter may be related to my massive number of installed mods (134 in my load order plus many DLLs) or is there a known solution for this issue? Once the load order has been scanned the mouse stutter stops and I can resume a game/click a menu button.
The Stuttering effects happens when the game starts to load is due to the amount of saved game you are storing, clearing out your saved games will fix the issue.
