    Hey this mod is great and the animations work fine but my only issue is the background won't work. I am using OpenMW 0.48.0

      Are You use animation from here (Kf file is installed)?
      If this, it's will weird.

      Tthis thing with background is very sensitive to animation frames order.
      If the frames are reordered, the background will not show up at required time.

      Try to recheck xnif file. Maybe was something wrong and version without background has been installed.
      Or it's maybe an unknown problem of OpMW. You'll need to ask about it at OpMW forums.
      Sorry have no any other ideas right now.

    For some reason this mod allows you to move npcs who are standing still and sometimes when npcs walk into each other they will jump up in the air for a bit

    Hello, I am playing with a personally created customized race mod which feature a smaller character height (WoW Gnome size). I noticed that even with this mod installed I still push characters around with several feet between us. I am not sure if the OP is still around, or anyone can provide an answer, but how would I go about modifying the Player Hitbox in this mod to a smaller variant? Thanks.

      All npcs are used common animation file. It's base_ xbase_ and Kf anim files.
      When You change height of the race at CS it's affected only at bones and body parts.
      BUT!
      Bounding box is not changed at all!
      For a best way to solve changing BB size, be good to looking at a script's side.
      Command "setScale x.x" on local NPC(Player) can changing size for his self BB too.

      For this:
      - At first install this mod ^-^ (xbase_anim.nif) and check how it's will in game.
      - Make a new race with 1.0 height.
      - Try to use LUA scripts to monitoring scene for all new NPCs of this race to changing they heights.
      - Or put a local script at all npc of new race.
      Height of a Player can be changed via startup script at once.
      Also, for a Player only, can be used console with this command (see above).

      PS
      And don't forget if Player were to werewolf all sizes (BB and body) will be drop to zero (1.0) values and You'll may need to run the changing size script again.

    can you publish a version that is just the bounding box changes? I have no idea what 80% of that other stuff in the mod download are and can't easily figure out the advertised obvious feature. what do those animations do for example?

      Just install x_nif files only, it's will enough to Bounding Box changing.

      Kf files - all animations are here. If You not want to change the animation don't install these files.
      Nif files - only the skeleton is here. These files have an additional bones to prevent some errors from some other plugins. Recommended to installation. Have no any animation.
      Xnif files - have a changed Bound Boxes and background for menu mode behind the Player. Have no any animation.

      xAnimFilesWithShadows - old version and not recommended to using. Just a primitive shadow model was saved here.

      Thanks for the clarification, I was a little intimidated by the other files and animations too so I didn't download but then came back here just now cus followers bumbing into me in small walkways.

    Do you need this if you enabled "NPC's avoid collisions" in the launcher? Also, does it overwrite animation compilation?

      At MCP launcher?
      Should be yes. MCP and this a "direct nif files patch", work a bit different.
      But You can check this easy.
      Set "TCB" at in Game console and see how Bound Boxes around NPC has been changed. With this and without.

      No ideas about OnMw, sorry.
      But You can check this anyway via console.

      This is a direct editing of BB into Xnif file to find a much more good size and position of it for all comon in game cases. And this may more accurate than auto correction.

    Огромное спасибо за твой вклад в моддерское сообщество, а особенно в его русский сегмент.

    Хотел спросить, стоит ли ожидать патч для реплейсеров анимаций, таких как Simply Walking и Animated Compilation?

    Лично я заинтересован в патче для "Simply Walking - Weapon Sheathing Edition" и сделал бы его сам, но, к сожалению, в анимациях полный профан. Если под рукой есть какой-нибудь гайдец, как это все объединить - буду рад ознакомиться.

      Поточнее? Что в СимплВолке "патчить" надо.
      Animated Compilation - основные анимации оттуда (кроме каста с анимацией Альмы) есть здесь.
      Т.е. ЖамингОфф по факту и есть "патч", ака допиленная и дополненная АнимКомп.

      Simple Walking затрагивает те же файлы, что и твой мод, поэтому я полагаю, что их нельзя использовать вместе.

      Все анимации в KF файле лежат.
      Два других файла, набор "костей" и Боунд Бокс, для детекта столкновений.
      Анимации не содержат.
      Т.е. это Base_anim Xbase_anim файлы, которые можно брать из любого мода (ЖамингОфф или СимплВолк).
      КФ файл анимаций можно (попробовать) обновить (смешать) через АнимКит+3дМАХ, или Блендер.
      Взяв изменные групы анимаций из одного КФ файла и смешав их с другим. В Заметках есть по этому поводу.

    Can you simplify this mod, please? Just include the essential stuff. No versions to choose from, lava textures (???), just a data folder that has the collision box changes and that's it.

      What's the race are You using?
      Or try to reinstall all xNif files (only).
