Update v1.1 - Changed required components so that it should take your junk items as materials now too, I tested it on my end. Thanks to Akebo for bringing this to my attention.

Recipe: 2 Glass, 2 Plastic= 1 Fiberglass
Uses a chem station to craft under its own category "Fiberglass".
I've tested it on my saves and it works let me know what you think.
