WIP to add interesting syringer ammo to your arsenal

This is its own ammo type so it shouldn't interfere with any other mods, if it does let me know.

Chemistry station used to craft:

Explosive Syringe - Uses the inner workings of a Fatman round to cause focused implosion within whatever you shoot without all the fallout or AoE that comes with it as it collapses upon itself, and can be used indoors without worry.  This is a single target round that pretty much guarantees whatever you shoot won't be there afterwards and is very quiet.  The Fatman rounds should limit this to really hard mobs only and prevent abuse.  Works on turrets and robots too!  Just make sure you don't miss.
Recipe: 2 Circuitry, 1 Fatman round, 1 Plastic, and 1 Flare

Teleport Syringe - Remember how they say you have to stabilize the transporter signal before use?  Yea, they're not going to be so fortunate.  Don't like something?  Teleport it away! Also note that this literally teleports them into oblivion and no loot is left behind.  Even works on turrets and settlers, just be very careful about using on settlers as Vault-Tec has no idea if they're gone for good or not, use at your own risk!
Recipe: 1 Fusion Cell, 1 Glass, and 2 Springs

Remote Sabotage Syringe - Remotely cause a turret or robot to initiate its overclock_subroutines which causes it to self-destruct after shooting if successful.  The bigger the robot the longer it seems to take because of their advanced defenses but when it does happen, you don't want to be  next to that sentry bot when it goes boom.  Some of the heavier robots might resist the first shot, or they might bite the dust after a few seconds, best not to rely soley on this tool.
Note - experimental as said below backup your saves and give feedback so I know it works for everyone.
Recipe: 2 Circuitry, 2 Nuc. Material, 1 Glass, and 1 Fiber Optics

I've tested these in an existing game that I had other syringer mods installed with and no issues so far but as always backup your saves just in case.
