Credits and distribution permission

• Other user's assets Some assets in this file belong to other authors. You will need to seek permission from these authors before you can use their assets
• Upload permission You are not allowed to upload this file to other sites under any circumstances
• Modification permission You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it
• Conversion permission You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances
• Asset use permission You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file
• Asset use permission in mods/files that are being sold You are not allowed to use assets from this file in any mods/files that are being sold, for money, on Steam Workshop or other platforms
• Asset use permission in mods/files that earn donation points You are not allowed to earn Donation Points for your mods if they use my assets
• Console modding permission This mod will not be available on Bethesda.net for console users

Author notes

The permissions listed above are made to er on the side of safety for maintaining the wishes of individual mod authors and their individually defined sharing/republishing rights and preferences.

No artistic resources/art assets/fully fuctioning mods are provide here.

All files/mods posted here are posted with permission from the original mod author at the time of posting/uploading (unless no permission could possibly be obtained reasonably i.e. abandoned mods, no response from mod authors with a definitive denial or approval of reposting files after a long period of time), and as such I can not grant further permissions to others without the original mod author's permission.
(These files are posted with the understanding that it is either okay to post them and have been granted permission, or that the mod's files are out of date and the original author is no longer updating/participating in the mod and expressing interest in maintaining and reserving the sole publishing of parts of their work.)

All requests to republish these files provided here on any other platform are deferred to the original mod authors preferences of which each file is based on. You must request their permission before mine to upload/post any file created by them onto any platform other than Nexus Mods / Nexus Forums.(It is not my right to give permission to others to repost these files on other platforms thus usurping the original creator's sharing/upload preference.)

I do not claim ownership of any assets provided here, all ownerships/rights of the original mod authors are to be respected and followed. Any requests made by individual author/publisher will be reasonably carried out and followed as soon as possible.
(I made changes to original files that I didn't make from scratch, so if a mod author wants to take the edited file or me remove it, I will honor that request.)

Please do not make any donation or monetary support/contribution/payment to me for any work done/published/posted here.

All files downloaded from this Nexus Mod page is to be used for your personal use only and not to be republished/repackaged without proof of expressly written consent from the original mod authors to use the file in any other derivative work to be published in order to protect the original mod author's creative work. (You can't say "I didn't use the original mod by [Original mod author], I used the changed version by Dnxyken so it's fair/different." That is not allowed.)

I am not responsible/liable for any stollen/misused content from other users posting/using my published files here which are free to use and accessible to all users of Nexus Mods.
(I can't control other people's actions, and their misuse is not my fault.)
