Inspired by Fallout 3's Megaton, the Scavver's Sanctuary was established by the Rust Lord after Rust Town started to become over crowded and territory expansion was needed for his growing army.

Installation Notes

Before you import scrap all furniture inside homes for FPS
Only scrap the 2 house I circled in the picture above(3)
using place everywhere scrap the elm tree in sanctuary(2)
fences circled in picture need to be scrapped too and around the SS home(1)

Things to note after the import:
The Desert Ravager is a bit more rusty than the one in the picture, painted cars have physics enabled by default and when you start importing the settlement the cars will by flying around so to save you some headache I replaced them with the rusty versions that don't move.

Also the red highwayman at the entrance uses a physics enabled car because you don't have to tilt 2 cars at the right angle like the Desert Ravager. simply pick whatever color highwayman you want and disable physics for it using Place Everywhere mod and position on the car frame. Turns out I used a car from thematic and practical that doesn't have physics.
 
Delete trees/bushes that get in the way and clipping things after importing.

Unfortunately you can't enter the Meat Grindr without ~tcl because of the jungle gym's collision mesh :/ it sucks I know but I didn't build the arena with settler functionality in mind, the settlers never seem to use the arenas I build sooo.. oh well
