There's not much to add. This is a little mod that I made a few months ago, when I was getting fed up with not getting 2 pieces of meat from Mutant Hounds and Molerats, despite having found the Wasteland Survival Guide at Sunshine Tidings.
Over time I started making other changes to the meat drops of various creatures.

Fallout 4 - Better Weapon Scrap

Fallout 4 - No-Strings Magazines
Fallout 4 - Better Heavy Equipment Scrap
Fallout New Vegas - Bulk Ammo to Standard
