Fix for a recurring crash in 1.35 and earlier. If you have 1.36 you don't need this. Or vice-versa.

Fix for the snapping behavior on the short wall segments among others. Will be incorporated into the next update.

Disables the Homemaker covenant set to eliminate conflicts. Works with both the standard and SKE version of Homemaker. Safe to merge this.
