Listening Post Bravo is such an underappreciated location. It has interesting layout, nice industrial/military style and a great surrounding area. It's a pity that once Blind Betrayal is completed - with whatever outcome for poor Paladin Danse - the place pretty much loses any significance for the player. Well, not any more.

This mod is primarily aimed at all the decorators out there who - like my humble self - enjoy spending hours making the Commonwealth a prettier, nicer, and more comfortable place to live in. One settlement at a time, thank you, Preston, you can go now. Ahem. The mod comes in two .esp files - one overhauls the interior, the other takes care of the exterior.

NOTE
If you want to just decorate the exterior, like clean up, build a swimming pool on the helipad, etc, then my exterior .esp will do just fine for you. If you want to have a full feature settlement there, however, then I highly recommend you use Conquest by Chesko instead.

INTERIOR
Most of the trash, debris, rust, dirt and grime in both of the rooms are removed:


The passage between the two rooms is cleared out and navmeshed so you don't have to take the long way through the cave anymore:


The cave is cleaned of corpses, bones, rusty barrels and trash, and spiced up with some vines. There's also a wooden walkway now in place of the bumpy, ankle-twisting ground (obviously, the navmeshing is adjusted for the changes, with collision markers preventing your companions from getting into the water):


The elements that appear in the location after you complete Blind Betrayal with Danse alive have been adjusted to work with the changes.


EXTERIOR
Adds a basic, non-settlement workshop and makes a fairly sizeable area in front of the bunker
(including the landing pad!) available for building:



There are two water sources already there by default, and I added a small farming plot for crops.


This is not a full settlement!
You won't be able to send any companions (other than Danse) or settlers there, so treat it as your personal getaway from Commonwealth duties... with Paladin Danse waiting for you downstairs, if you let him live.


IMPORTANT NOTES

No quest triggers, character spawn points, or idle markers have been harmed in the creation of this mod. Blind Betrayal will play as per usual, the turrets and protectrons will still attack you. The only difference is that Danse may choose to approach you through the doorway now instead of through the cave when you get there.

It is highly recommended that you install the interior part of this mod BEFORE you enter the bunker for the first time if you plan on keeping Danse alive. Installing it after will not break anything, but Danse's bed and other furniture added after the quest completion may end up in their original positions and will look out of place.

The walkways in the cave are scrappable, but you should never remove them - the cave floor underneath is not fit for walking, so do NOT use the 'scrapall' command in there. I used the workshop version of the floors on purpose, to let you easily snap on balcony railings/walls/more floors/water to the edge if you so choose.

Place both files as low in your load order as possible to avoid conflicts with other mods that may edit these areas.
