- deleted old weapons configuration file due to redundancy

- updated descriptions and commented on lack of LW 2.
- currently testing out official controller support. I find it lacking but I am using it to flush out the bugs and issues it may have.
- Fixed more text formatting for guide.
- Updated description & idealogy for summary.
- Added Character Pool Professionals V7
- Added edited config files for clothes armor, tattoos, facepaints, & accessories.
- Added less cluttered config for multipurpose rifles, carbines standalone, etc.
- Removed Investigation mission Shimada Woes, & Olive Drab Skyranger.
- I got a bit overzealous with clutter. You can purchase the compact carbine again.
- Fixed some strange issues with character pool. v7.1
- Added personal configuration files for use. Goes in where you keep xcom 2 folder in my documents.
- Lots of new reconfigs were added for a more gritty balanced game.
- added IMI Uzi weapon reconfig.
- added performance config for all four settings into one file. also got rid of modclassoverrides that could potentially make ui mods to malfunction.
- Cleaned compilation guide of mods I no longer use for various reasons.
- fixed some more text formatting for easier reading. Also added some comments.
