Search for "FragGrenade_Radius" in the DefaultGameData_WeaponData.ini file. Tip: Get a tool like WinMerge, and learn to use it, and you'll never have to ask such a question ever again (provided that you bother to save a copy of unmodified files).
Nice way to treat people, is like pretty much saying to you "how about you download the SDK already to update your mods, or mark them as dead" because this is not the way of giving support for the mod you made.
1. I don't know how to do that. I don't use NMM myself. 2. Probably not. It changes DefaultGameData_SoldierSkills.ini and any other mod (that wasn't created using the SDK) which also edits the same file will conflict.
Once I can download the SDK I plan to redo all of my XCOM 2 mods so that they play well with others.
once you redo with the SDK the mod will be Nexus Mod Manager compatible. The format is any type of zip file with a directory containing the mod inside. NMM unzips that folder and places inside the default mod folder. The SDK would generate a mod that is meant to placed there, so you don't have to do anything different to make it compatible with NMM, just remember when you upload it to select the option to let us use NMM to download it. Thanks man, looking forward to your reworked mods as you've made some good ones that I can't wait to try out!
I haven't seen this myself, yet, as I'm only at the start of April in my own game, but I've been told that ADVENT can use the same grenades that XCOM uses.
