-Rocket Launcher, Recoilless Rifle, and the Blaster Launcher now equippable by everyone (thanks Jarno Mikola !) but non-rocketeers must use a shredder rocket for it to work on them
-Laser Sight now actually has no weight (in the previous version it still reduced -1 movement)
-S.C.O.P.E now has no weight
-Rocket Launcher and Recoilless Rifle now has -3 mobility to balance them, while the Blaster Launcher has -4 mobility
