To install, just extract the file inside to your Enemy Within config files (default is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\XCom-Enemy-Unknown\XEW\XComGame\Config). If you have a custom install folder, just find the Steam folder and follow the rest.

-Every weapon (except the rocket launchers for some reason i don't know yet) and every equipment available for every class including rookies
-Laser Sight and Chameleon Suit now weighs nothing (doesn't reduce movement)
-Boosted Sawn-Off Shotgun's range from 3 to 12

BUGS :
-LMG and SAW (including the Laser/Gauss/Pulse/Plasma versions of said weapons) changes the character's armor
-Rocket Launchers can't be selected from the inventory
-A bunch that i haven't found yet
