So I'm assuming you tried to add additional prefixes/suffixes by adding m_aFirstOpName[53]=, 54, 55.. etc. If so, I'm quite sad, as I'm trying to double the amount of prefixes and suffixes myself. some combination of yours, the default, and some silly ones for extra hilarity.
I'm also searching other files for some reference, perhaps there's an entry somewhere that says to only look for the first 53 prefixes and 76 suffixes...
I found the original mission names trying a bit too hard to sound serious and epic, and I have a faint suspect, devs intentionally made them marginally silly. My favorite: Blinding Bell Suggested for comedy version: "Golden Shower" (After a certain famous longboat)
It's meant for enemy within, but you can manually edit your own xcomstrategygame.int with notepad - search for 'XGMission' and copy the data over carefully.
