<Fix> Fixed issue where ships slow boat to sector center again with no travel drive before course correcting to next gate and using travel drive. Issue persisted through each gate. Issue first arose with Ver 0.03 and corrected in 0.04, re arose with script changes in 0.05 and now fixed again.

General Changes:
Now 2 types of beacons: Traffic Control and S-Thread Booster.
-Tier 1 - Unlocks nothing currently, may add something in future, placeholder at this time.
-Tier 2 - Traffic Control Module(unlocked on 2nd tier of research, get blueprint and ability to
jump to adjacent sectors that have the Traffic Control module built on station
in that sector)
-Tier 3 - S-Thread Booster(get blueprint for it and also the ability to jump to ANY station with
S-Thread Booster and other requirements built onto it as long as the sector you
jump TO and FROM have their own S-Thread Booster deployed, see ReadMe in mod
folder).
-The research tiers are modified and are much more expensive. the modules themselves are too,
ESPECIALLY S-Thread Boosters. They are designed to be extremely expensive due
to lore and balance reasons. Along with that, I also reworded/renamed as much
as i could to keep it Star Wars lore accurate as best as possible
Restrictions are:
-Tier 2 jumps(adjacent sector jumps) require the "Traffic Control Module"(Tier 2 research)
on a station in the sector you are jumping to
-Tier 3 jump(long range jumps, 3+ sectors) has been modified to now require S-Thread Booster
module and other listed station requirements in the sector you are jumping FROM
as well as jumping TOO. So destination and origin sectors now need 1 station
each with appropriate modules.
ONLY M, L, AND XL ships can jump. S SHIPS CANNOT(See ReadMe).

-So with all this said, PLEASE assist me by letting me know if there are issues and require
adjustments in the future. I consider this still a Alpha release, also READ THE
README.
-This SHOULD be save compatible, HOWEVER, as with any mod, take caution. I tested it several times
with removing and putting back and didn't see any lingering issues myself,
everyone's case could be different
-Would like to give a shout out to everyone who helped me from here and the Egosoft discord. As well
as those who gave input on balancing and suggestions that will lead to further
improvements and refinements.
-Credits go mogudu520 for the original scripts I piggy backed off of and added my restrictions/lore related changes.
