Creates new entity of Tissaia de Vries; altered hair, face texture, dress, body texture + can fight if used with MCME mod

New appearance of Tissaia de Vries.
Made with redkit and tested in next-gen version.
Alters Tissia, and Tissia only. Every item (except rings) is made to be unique for her, so any altered textures do not effect other NPCs.

Appearance changes:
- hair combined of syanna's model with bun made to appear with gray hair to resemble MyAnna's portrayal
- face texture made to show some age
- necklace with gray ribbon and golden amulet
- body texture also recived slight normalmap changes to appear less youthful
- chestpiece is embroidered with precious stones and has purple/gray/black pattern
- collar has its color tweak to be more gray and fit better the color theme
- gloves got its texture changed to have same stripes as the skirt
- belt now has gray leather to fit the color theme
- skirt continues with its pattern
- finished with golden rings and dark shoes
Other changes:
- Tissaia is able to fight like sorceress when summoned with Companion Mod
- added fx effect to have magical orb in hand while in combat
- added fx effect to have magical barrier while reflecting arrows or pushing enemies
- added fx effect to show magical cone while teleporing during combat
