it depends on certain conditions. for oxenfurt bridge you need to clean out gr7_hidden_peer, gr18_trebuchet_factory, gr27_launch_jetty, gr16_prospector_camp as well as radovid and dijkstra dead.
Hi, yeah, compatibility with BoA is not actively supported. Try installing the mod manually, then raise the priority over BoA with the Witcher 3 Mod manager.

Thanks for your great mod but I encounter a bug in gr_28_fort_mar, for my first time visit to this location, I can't clear the area because the harpy nest don't appear. 😥
By the way, I have the mod "NextGen Better FX", maybe it's because of that ?
i could not replicate your problem with the nest not spawning, but i it looks like the mods are incompatible when i installed NextGen Better FX my NPCs won't spawn in as they should. Do you have other mods installed? What happens if you remove one of the mods? If you use the Witcher 3 Mod Manager (not Nexus) you may try to set the priority of this mod higher than Better FX.
Hey, I downloaded the new version of this mod and put it above Better FX, the couple of points of interests that would not spawn seems to have been fixed!
When I installed the Warzone Overhaul and the Lornruk Player Home none of them work and if I give one a higher priority than the other, the one with a lower priority does not work!
the mods are (semi)incompatible. probably because both of them changing the novigrad.w2s file even though on completely different locations/quests. sorry, i don't know how you could merge them.
I suspect the getting flagged suspicious thing is the info.json file that redkit packages with mods. Deleting that and zipping/uploading separately without the Redkit "Publish" to nexus option probably avoids it.
