I can't seem to get the mod to run, no matter which priority I give to it (there is nothing to merge in the Script Merger). I manually copied the mods and dlc folder and enabled the DLC in the options.
Hello, Just a little thing. I would like to give the string ##option_Crow's Perch (modded) a "nice" name for german language in the DLC settings. Unfortunately the W3StringEncoder does not work, because the option string contains special characters.
Here is the content of my de.csv for \dlc\01_npc_oli\content\de.w3strings: ;meta[language=de] ; id|key(hex)|key(str)| text 2119205999||option_Crow's Perch (modded)|Mod: Crow's Perch (restored)
This MOD is meant to be deployed after the Baron's related quests. Unfortunately, since way too many quests involve Crow's Perch (the Baron's quests themselves, Cirri's quest, Return to Crookback Bog, finding Uma, etc.), and since those quests often leads us back in time, I couldn't set this mod to take effect automatically. It would have messed with the game files' hierarchy. Not only this mod will restore Crow's Perch to it's original state, but it will also greatly enhances it! After all, who can honestly believe that those carpenters would have only repaired the fire-related damage, totally ignoring the severe damages already present before the fire even occurred?
Would it be possible to fix Kaer Muire, clan Drummond's fortress in a similar manner? It always felt strange how barren it looked despite it being the seat of a powerful jarl (arguably but still). Perhaps it makes sense that the Drummonds are still recovering from the war with the an Craite, but I think 3 centuries should be enough to fix a fort. Is this something you would consider?
I HAVE 81 perfectly working mods !!! except this dumb mod that MARKS THE 2 OFFICIAL DLCS AS UNINSTALLED !!!! because of this my savefiles arent accepted . this mode makes the game tell me that "i lack the 2 dlcs" highly not recommend
This might be asking for a lot, but could you possibly release a version that only restores the fire damage? Reason I'm asking is that I want it to work on PS5 by carrying over my safe. I was able to do that with the Garrin Estate mod but this one probably wouldn't work since it adds new assets.
might be a dumb question but when you say "This MOD is meant to be deployed after the Baron's related quests." do you mean I have to wait until everything is done in Crow's Perch (basically taking UMA and unlocking Kaer Morhen) before installing this mod, right?
your mod is incompatible with Sins of the Student (Questline) ie it prevents it from starting no blood is visible and the hoards in the oxenfurt house are missing, can you take a look? the bad thing is that priority doesn't fix things either... I apologize for bothering you, but I feel I have to share for feedback.
Now that my Kaer Morhen's restoration mod is out, I will have time to get back to Crow's Perch.
I will investigate on the missing hoards in Oxenfurt.
The issue you were experiencing with the Baron's quest will become irrevelant, since the mod, in its final form, will start to dynamically deploy only after Geralt takes Uma back to Kaer Morhen. Crow's Perch's restoration will then gradually take form.
As for the possible conflict with the Sins of the Student's mod, I will try to see what I can do (I have not tried the mod, yet, so I know nothing of its mecanic).
I usually try to address issues more rapidly, but was quite busy, lately.
no problem, rest before correction. Your Kaer Morhen mod is unique, I guess it will be a must-have mod for me as well as this one. The worst thing is that most of us, like me, have been suffering from a limit of mods for a long time, repacks are in abundance. We all thank you for your hard work and idea.
the author of the given mod (Sins of the Student) corrected the problem by putting the problematic files in the dlc folder. Now they no longer have a conflict with yours, cheers.

Should Crow's Perch finally Restored and Enhanced Version 3.2 have priority over them?

Here is how it looks and a list of the conflicts:
