Still not working for me. Is the new folder supposed to be "mod" or "mods"? Also, should I extract the modResetAbilities or the "content" folder to the new "mod" folder?
You probably figured this out already, but for everyone else: Yes you need a to create a "Mods" folder in your Witcher 3 directory (for steam that would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3\Mods). Then you copy the folder modResetAbilities inside this folder. Other mods may also have bin, content or dlc folders, those contents would go into the respective folders. Some mods have input.settings lines that you need to add into the correct [categorie] in your input.settings file in your "documents\The Witcher 3" folder
You can unpack all of this automatically with the The Witcher 3 Mod Manager APP (not mod). Simply open it, click Add and select the zip file. If you install many mods, chances are they are overlapping so you'd also need the script manager to merge and solve conflicts if you install overlapping mods. The The Tome of Witcher 3 Modding - Google Docs explains all of this in detail. Don't ask me for further problems though, i'm just a beginner too.
I haven't tried this mod yet, just writing an explanation.
Nevermind... it's as if the Chinese font doesn't have the Latin glyphs... not a lot I can do about it except translating the mod, which I am not qualified to do.
Ty for great mod, now i can build something adequate to actual gear or witcher set, and i can try anything, from pure combat, spells, alchemy or mix of it, thanks.

Edit: I figured it out. You have to make a folder called mod in your installation folder (the one with bin and content) and extract this there.

Unlearn an ability and get the points back
Some tip, you should duplicate "en.w3strings" into all 17 languages, otherwise it will show blank text for others languages.
