About this mod
Activate a skill without using a skill slot (by spending some additional skill points).
(Optional) Perk Always Active included.
(Optional) Master a skill unlock its next tier skill.

WHAT THIS MOD DOES:
NOTE: this mod is not compatible with Perks Always Active and this already featured in Skill Always Active - Less Balanced version.
OPTIONAL:
- Master a skill unlock its next tier skill: mod that add a column skills unlock rule, maxing a skill will unlock its next skill on the same column (ie reaching level 3 on Muscle Memory automatically unlock Precise Blows without requiring spending 6 skill point on first row of Combat skill tree).
INSTALLATION
- Download mod archive from file tab.
- Install automatically: Use The Witcher 3 Mod Manager (DON'T use Vortex)
- Or install manually: Extract your downloaded archive and copy "modMODNAME" folder inside to ...\The Witcher 3\Mods\ folder.
- Run Script Merger and solve any conflicts if exist.
- Run the game.

- Fast and Strong combat.
- (Overleveled) Skill always active - Next-Gen.
- Place of Power Overhaul.
- Allow skills to be overleveled over their max level and become ACTIVATED without require equipping them to a skill slot.
- Skill's effects still capped at their normal max values even when overleveled to prevent the game become less challenge.
NOTE: this mod is not compatible with Perks Always Active and this already featured in Skill Always Active - Less Balanced version.
