Instant Kill Rune(Triglav), Crit % Rune (Stribog), and Crit Damage Bonus Rune (Perun)

This mod adds an instant kill effect rune to the game. The mod replaces the original Triglav Rune stun effect with the instant kill effect.

This mod adds two weapon rune effects to the game that will trigger an instant kill effect and a critical hit % increase effect.
