Yeah I suppose it should. Jus try merging them. Hopefully any confclits you see would be solvable without much problem. I think I even have some videos here uploaded by players who are using Magic Spells with this mod.
This mod has a lot of unresolved conflicts with Preparations. Off the top of your head, does it matter which one wins?
Edit: To add on to this, it seems no matter which one I choose to get priority, the game throws up an error on launch. It seems to have trouble with either EET_AlchemyTable or EET_WinterBlade depending on which one I chose.
Why aren't you merging your scripts? You shouldn't just install the mod and change priority. That solves nothing. You HAVE to merge them. Meaning choose both B and C, not one or the other. You won't get any conflicts.
I mean, I'm using Script Merger, but of course there's certain ones that don't resolve automatically. I'm not super familiar with kdiff, but I've used it for other mods. I didn't know you could pick both columns to resolve a conflict. How do you do that?
No, you don't need to spawn the weapon again. If you merged all the scripts correctly, then most likely you have a conflict with the weapon.xml. That also needs to be merged if you see a conflict. Otherwise, the WinterBlade effect won't trigger.
True Bro :) i Also made that trigger to Aerondight for fun and made it successful :) just injected Blade Menager to Aero Menager and en voilĂ :P Aerondight + WinterBlade Overhaul Effect :P if someone is not blind we'll see how scripts works and can edit. Just read description correctly. :) Endorse and thumb up for nice mod :)
The mod doesn't seem to work for me. I merged all the conflicts that appear using ScriptMerger and everything seems to be fine. Load the game okay but there is just no change for the sword. No updated description and also the effect doesn't appear in play. I'm not sure what may be the problem here. Could you please give me some guidance?
You probably forgot to deal with the weapon.xml If you use other mods that modify weapon stats, then you also need to merge the bundled .xml. You'll see a conflict there, just merge them and make sure to select the 'Winter Blade' stat that pops up in the conflict window. Otherwise the effect won't work at all.
I use Slots Slots Slots and E3 Combat. Merges without issues. It could be Sword FX have some issues, but you should still be able to merge them if you know what you're doing.
I can't solve the conflict of playerWitcher.ws. E3 Improved Combat Animations and SwordFX will have a direct conflict with it. The merging of other mods may also have some impact.
Have you ever thought about adding the effect of winter blade fx to mod? It looks very suitable. It would be better if you could strengthen the attribute of Winter Blade
I have that mod as well, but I can't get in touch with the mod author to reupload a Next Gen version of Winter Blade FX. DM me and I'll send you my version privately.
There might be a conflict that you can still resolve in script merger. Show me screenshots of what it looks like.
Manually Copy all the code from C where it says Winters Blade "Beginning" to "End"
Then Select B as your option, then paste what you copied directly above the Beginning for Slots code. Then Choose B for the rest. There you'll have a perfect merge without issues.

Edit: Nevermind, I figured out how to do it

Thanks so much!
It would be great if there was some interesting ability there too.
