Version 0.4.1 (Slider Version) for TW3 1.31 - Increased maximum slider value
Note that the slider version does not affect the item description! The item descriptions will still contain the default values. You can avoid this by using the main mod.
The main mod (version 0.8) should be compatible with the next-gen update (i.e., witcher version 4.0X). I strongly recommend doing a manual install for now, as i never tested the automatic install with Vortex (only good old NMM).
The slider version probably doesn't work and i don't plan on updating it in the future. Please use the version with fixed modifiers.

I tried to figure out how to add localizations to this mod and it may be possible for the actual slider, but not for the Mods menu. Custom Localization Fix conflicts with some important mods I use, so I still get this annoying empty slot instead of the submenu's label. Edit: Switching to English version made the slider accessible.
It works without any conflicts with DLC Armor Quests, even after tweaking the multiplier to [0.1->5] (displayType="SLIDER;0.1;5;49") It's very useful, cause 100 lbs at early level feels too overpowered.
Why so many folders?)) I can’t understand what needs to be installed. Only Main folder, or Main and BloodAndWine and HeartsOfStone. Or All of them: main, BW, HS, DLC1,5,14 (What is it??) It is really hard to understand)
First add the ImprovedSaddlebag part (press the C Button). After that you'll have to add the line "timer function NPCbreathTimer(deltaTime : float, id: int ) {" beneath the second //ImprovedSaddlebagSlider in the Output file.
If you want this to work you will have to rollback the version of the game from 1.31 to 1.22, it has not been updated and a ton of the mods have not been as well for this game. Pretty sad as this is freaking awesome game.
The Mod wasn't working for me. I'm using TW3 GOTY Steam 1.31.

I deleted the parts that didn't work from the playerwitcher.ws with Notepad ++. Now it works for me... I'm absolutely no programmer so I have no idea if this affected something of the game mechanics, I just tried this and I was really surprised that the game started without Errors. Tested it already ingame, with no problems yet..

Installed with Vortex, but I can't find a slider anywhere.
Edit: This appears to be a Vortex issue, since that program appears to be FUBAR.
