Let me put aside my opinion about "For Next Gen hater" and congrats ArcoCapaz for the amazing works. Let at least enjoy this until the entire Nexus catalogue mods is Next Gen Compatible.
There's no hate. There's preference. Nothing wrong about that Lewis. Ppl have different tastes, different priorities, and especially different hardware. Whereas it is true that the more focused on one version of the game, the fewer incompatibility issues there will be, CDPR is still ironing NG out. PS5 players are still playing gwent with Xbox prompts on the screen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ This is a great port ArcoCapaz Thx for gifting the community!
offatlast, of course this mod is meant for those who want to keep their old modlist. But your point "Whereas it is true that the more focused on one version of the game, the fewer incompatibility issues there will be" apply now to the Next Gen version. Because this is where are the majority of player.
We cannot stay for eternity to the classic 1.32. When CDPR are done to patch the game, we'll see lots of new and updated mods to enjoy further more.
What I meant by that is that I acknowledge and understand the wish to have the whole community focused on the latest release. No point being made. My point is there is no hate. Just personal preference. Freedom of choice. It kinda gets to me when the word "hate" is overused. That's all
A lot of games will never get any "next gen upgrade" and people enjoy them anyway, placing their favorite mods in them and be on their way. What you are saying doesn't make much sense, no one is forced or "has to" go to next-gen, there are literally hundreds of mods for 1.32 that even for a mod aficionado it's difficult to install and try them all. Witcher 3 1.32 looks insane with Blitz, Reshade and any of the particle mods out there (SmoothFX, ZZZFX2 and a huge number of edits in some Discord servers), so there is no need to update it; first, because 1.32 runs good and looks good on any GPU from the 900 series and above, at least 50 class (950, 1050, 1650), you can get 60 fps easily on any of these, even with mods. On "next-gen"? That's a very different story and upgrade to that to get different lighting and better SSR, while losing half of your fps? Just why?
People will stay on the version they prefer and want or need, saying "We cannot stay for eternity to the classic 1.32" sounds a bit pretentious, you can't talk for all Witcher 3 players on PC. This isn't a "we", every Witcher 3 is different from one person's PC to the other. What i do, tweak and mod could be vastly different on another computer. Some complex overhaul mods still don't support next-gen, some people may just want a lighting mod, keep the game vanilla and enjoy fast performance, rather than going "next-gen" and losing a lot of performance that no doubt they will miss.
I thank the author of this mod too for bringing these armors to 1.32, but i still wouldn't get them, they look so ugly (not the fault of the one who ported the mod, CDPR did a terrible job here), but still, the effort to do this and for those who want it, it's something really nice.
Hey Arco, could you maybe give me some pointers as to how to increase the lvl/stats of the Vixen swords? I gave it a go with quickbms but it's been a while since I looked at w3 files
EDIT: Either that or changing the appearance of the swords I'm using to those of the Vixen swords? Anyway, either works for me. Thx in adv
Good! This is something vanilla should have already done. There are also people who don't want to do the next gen update for personal reasons, but it's not fair that they don't get the new items.

is these 2 armor can be scale to higher level later ?
I was wondering, is there a way to make recolors work with this? Particularly Armor Of A Thousand Flowers Recolor Mods and Black Tiger Of The West? And also, maybe make Book Inspired Medallion compatible too? I enjoy the armors, but I think they could stand a bit of love as well, thank you for your work!
