I advise you always search by "last updated" order so you find those Next Gen 4.04 mod easily. This mod you comment is the outdated one where the author left.
so, i followed the steps perfectly but the mod kinda.. deleted every single setting in the settings menu in game? no graphics menu, no hud, no display. it shows keybinds, but the only keybind in the menu is quick save.

@smnvssh I'm not sure what drunk camera effect you're talking about. As far as I know, nothing in this mod should be doing that. Can you provide a video?
@Warhiz24 unfortunately not possible. They both change how the game camera functions, and if you want them to work together, you will have to give up on some functionality from either mod.

Decided to try updating Immersive Meditation. Seems to work but if someone who's done this for longer wants to check it out that it would be awesome. Especially with the meditation.ws file. Hey! I was looking for meditation update, because there are still some meditation code inside the ImmersiveCam mod. Glad you've done this! Not a professional code reviewer though, so I cannot check it properly - but I've installed your update on 4.2 and just want to let you know that it works just fine. Also - meditation from the radial menu works without a problem in my case. So it must be something else that blocks it for you - it's not your mod, not in my merge at least.
Only thing what still bothers me it's this "sleeping in bed" issue. Still looking for a fix there.
I think that would be cool if someone could merge this script to the files - because as I said, there's still meditation code in the main ImmersiveCam, which makes it hard to merge with other mods like Friendly Meditation. I don't know how this works here in community. But again - thanks for updating this little thing - it helped me a lot!
I'm not fully sure what you're asking for. Do you need a version of immersive cam without the immersive meditation stuff? I have done that as well, but I have no idea whether or not it works. If you really want it, I can update it for the latest patch and share it with you, but it will take a few days as I don't have the time right now :)
