Made a quick fix for 4.3, it should work but if it doesn't, please let me know in this posts section.

Didn't have time to test it

I have this mod enabled by default in EE. Is there any way to revert it?

Yes. The original game file has not changed, so it is compatible.

Hey, do you know if there is a way to continue playing the game if I have this mod installed. Right now I can't launch the game because of it. Really hope there is a work around or it gets updated soon.

Here the steps for how update the mod by yourself:
      - Tool required: Notepad++, with the comparator plugin.
      - Rename each script of the mod, for example "playerwitcher.ws" into "MOD_playerwitcher.ws"
      - Then find the original and vanilla script of the game, should be inside "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY\content\content0\scripts". Copy/past to the mod.
      - Now using Notepadd++, open both the same script, compare them and apply the edited mod code to the 4.03 script. Double check with the Next Gen Changelog if everything is correct.
      - Finally, remove renamed script and keep the edited script you made. Congrats! You update the mod by yourself!!

I went through the steps but the same launch errors popped up. Turns out it's another mod that is causing the issue.

This thread https://forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?threads/patch-4-03-list-of-changes.11115946/page-1 further discusses the same issue people are having. I assumed that the error codes on launch such as "Error [content0]game\gameplay\effects\effects\other\oil.ws(177): Could not find function 'ShouldAutoApplyOil'" was due to this mod but it turns out that this is not the case.

I've deleted all the mods and will be adding them again 1 by 1 to find which mod(s) are stopping the game from launching.

Still greatly appreciate your reply as it helped me learn more about mods and how they work/get updated, so thank you for that!

You can update the mod where the charge ends, but the oil remains and you do not need to constantly make new oils
