      I had to decode the string file because there is some error in the csv files which prevents encoding

      Thanks for letting me know. Those were generated by the WolvenKit GUI string encoder. I was just giving it a shot for the first time since it doing it with the command line can get tedious.

      No problem. Decoding has the big disadvantage that you only get the key(hex), but not key(str). Especially for mods that have a menu, the strings would be an advantage.
