I don't know if you've already noticed, but there seems to be a shadow problem with this mod when RayTracing is activated. When the swords are sheathed, they don't cast shadows from the sun or moon. However, I have noticed that the dynamic shadows of the various point lights cast them. I therefore conclude that it's either a problem with the directional light or the sheathed mesh doesn't cast shadows. I tested another of your mods, E3 Trailer Swords, without touching anything else. This time everything worked normally. I took some screenshots to show the problem and compare. If you need more information, I can help. Edit : In fact it's only the handles that have no shadows, the silver sword hilt is always visible for example, as are the blades.
I hope it's something that can be fixed easily if you have the time and inclination of course.
I'm aware of this bug, the reason I haven't updated the mod to fix this, is because there are over +40 versions to choose from (which takes almost an entire day to update them all) and because RT Shadows are completely broken in this game, giving me little incentive to fix this. Maybe its not noticeable for a lot of people, but the shadows are completely broken and incorrect in RT mode.
As we can see on gameplays or trailers or even on 3 or 4 screenshot that the scarbard is bigger more masive this from you mod is tiny i'm not saying that you mod is a trash good work its just tip for updates if you gonna make this scarbard bigger it will be the same as the trailers and even better of course i mean a scarbard for silver sword this for steel is acurate
yo bro can you make geralt's silver sword and steel sword if u don't know how it looks like just type it up on google " Geralt of Rivia Silver Sword" and steel sword and then it will pop up and then you can see how texture is.
Wonderful mod, worked perfectly. I just want to ask if it possible to make the mod change the appearance of all witcher school sword instead of only the wolven sword. I would greatly appreciate if you do it. Thank you for your time!
Hey i see in your screen shots that the runes are yellow and i may be a bit slow but im wondering how you did that, if it was a mod or a specific rune you used.
Scripts merged all fine! It works with all the other swords. It's just the grandmaster ones that don't show at all. If I add the swords via the console they don't show up and in the crafting menus they appear namelss as in this screenshot
Hello, i got a similar issue, but only with the grandmaster scabbards, every tier works like a charm, but on grandmaster the scabbards are vanilla, i´m using E3 Swords - Metal Rings alt1, i´ve tried the shorter way and gave this mod the highest priority and the problem yet persists, to clarify further, is just the scabbards, the schematics, icons, etc, everything works fine but the grandmaster scabbards, any suggestions?
NoirSchwarz I've checked the file, in both New Game and New Game+ saves. The mods works correctly and without issues. Do you have any conflicts in Script Merger?
Thanks for the reply, i got 2 conflicts in Bundle Text with Ghost Mode, both def_item_crafting_weapons.xml from items and items_plus folders, its probably that, right? but as far as i know it´s usually a bad idea to merge bundle text
