   Then open or create Mods.settings (make sure it's Mods.settings, not Mods.settings.txt!) and add following lines:
   [modConsoleExtensions]
   Enabled=1
   Priority= <- any number goes here, relate it to your mods as this mod modifies npc.ws

      whare do you put the mods. setting file. in the mods folder or inside the console extensions
