just what I was looking for except, the black is a bit too dark.

Would it be please possible if you make dark robes and sleeves a bit brighter? Few tones only

Does it work with mods that change higher versions of ursine armor.
I currently use mods that change version 3 and 4.

    Thanks for the reply.

i have a similar mod that i made myself, black chest/sleeves with red stitching and ties around the arms, My question is how did you manage to make the cloth all the same shade of black. Every time i try to dye the cloth black the stomach area is always noticeably darker than the rest. its been driving me crazy!

EDIT: Just downloaded your mod and the color looks a bit off too. I'm starting to think there is something wrong with my game! WTF!

EDIT 2: After some research it seems the bump and normal maps of the cloak are interfering with the colors of the texture if you set them too dark. not sure how that possible but if i change the color of the maps the texture colors correspond to what i set them too. unfortunately doing this flattens the whole cloak so im at a loss at this point.

For each piece of armor, you have 3 different .tga files as following:

      - the one ending in the letter "d" is the diffuse texture, the one you customize/change color/etc.

      - the one ending in the letter "n" is the normal map, this gives elements depth and a 3D look. You dont need to change this

      - the one ending in the letter "a" is the one you need to also change..if you open it you will see it has a purple/pink shade, just open it in photoshop and desaturate it....change colors to gray. This will probably fix your problem.

Remember that will need to repak both the "d" and the "a" files in your mod.

thanks that solved the issue, desaturating wasnt enough, had to darken it a bit afterwards too because the cloth was a bit too shiny. But reddish discolor is fixed! still tweaking around with it but now all i need to do is figure out how to transfer the characteristics of the cloth to the masterwork version!

Oh... So the swords are from the Wolf School huh? I'm trying to mod all the witcher schools, and the Wolf School i set as the Kaer Morhen gear and the trailer swords/scabbards... Can you make the scabbards for the Bear School so i can be another step closer from my goal?
      Thanks anyway xD

Nice, i like it, though i have a question, what is with so many people using so much sharpening, it looks horrible, actual armor looks a lot better in my game without the shocking amounts of sharpening.

could you make the small collar inside the leather collar white instead of black? It makes more sense that that collar would come from the white callard shirt used to make this armor and worn beneath it, instead of from the sercoat he put over it. Sercoats are typically sleeveless and collarless.
