So with this mod, is it still Runewords for swords and Glyphwords for armor pieces? Or could you, for example, apply Severance (level 2) to your pants and have it work for both your swords, while freeing up the sword slots for something else?
Thanks a bunch for this mod. I have it working alongside W3EE Redux, Vagabond Armor and More Robes with no conflicts apart from one merge to allow the weapon/gear icons to appear on the Enchatment display. This may be overkill but is there any chance this mod could be made compatible with Hoods or would it be complicated since the hoods are equipped on the quick access slot?
I think I've heard that even if items in other slots get enchanted, the enchantments won't actually take effect. I even tested that before, can't remember it.
Interesting. I'll have to test it out now to see if all enchanted armor pieces apply the intended effect. I'll update as soon as I have availability to.
*UPDATE* I applied the following enchantments to the Black Viper armor set and all effects were working as intended. I was unable to find a way to enchant any hoods as they don't even appear as an option for enchanting or even to add sockets onto but in the end it could very well be overkill to enchant so much. The armor pieces seem to be working just fine. Black Viper Boots - Disintegration lvl 1 - Applied Bleed stacks Black Viper Gauntlets - Deflection lvl 1 - 0 Dmg from bolts/arrows Black Viper Trousers - Immolation lvl 1 - Burn immunity
I mean only the chest armor, gloves, pants, boots and the two sword slots will work. Quick slots, crossbow, bolts, or ASM slots won't work, even if enchanting on them get unlocked via scripts.
I would have liked a patch that allows you to have several QUEN (Magic shield) at the same time please when I enchant my pants my boots my gloves my breastplate...
Unfortunately it does not work for me for the next-gen steam version of the game (the latest update). There are no errors or conflicts with other scripts/mods. Also, I was not able to find GetSlotItemsLimit function in any game script. Is there any idea how I can make it to work?
It's not the purpose of this QoL mod. But there are mods being able to do that which makes enchanting without any restrictions. You can choose some other mods like that I guess.
This is fantastic and feels like how it should have been in the vanilla game! Allows enchanting all gear to still feel very balanced.
The only thing now that would completely make it feel completely organically integrated into the game is if the swirl 'enchantment' icons matched up to the number of slots in the gear. 3 swirls for 3 slot items, 2 for 2 slot items, etc.
Would something like this be possible? Much thanks!

does not work, file is missing "playerWitcher" I think that's the reasonThis is one of the lucky mod that are both Next Gen AND Classic 1.32 compatible.
