Patch for Gwent Redux 1.7.8 which allows more mulligans (card repicks at start of match)

This mod combines "Gwent Redux" (the Gwent overhaul mod) with "Lucky Gwent" (more mulligans at the start of the game)
HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Install Gwent Redux 1.7.8. Other versions might work, but probably not.
2. Install this mod using the Mod Manager. Make sure it has a higher priority (ie. a lower number) than Gwent Redux
Note: This was just for personal use. I don't plan on updating it in the future. I've left instructions for how I did it in the comments, in case this breaks and someone else wants to take it up.
