- NPC leveling algorithm improved for New Game Plus.
- Guards level scaling fixed for ESO, ESGO and FCR3 versions.
- Removed outdoors restriction from Magic Amulet. The meteor still collides against roofs and cliffs on its path.
- Magic amulet now deals 540-660 plus 5% of target Max HP.
- Magic amulet base damage increases by 100% on New Game Plus.
- Ciri overall damage reduced by 40%.
- Blink damage increased by 20%.
- Energy bonus from succesful sword blows and perfect dodges increased by 50%.
- Wild Hunt enemies from Ciri questline rebalanced to better resemble vanilla design.
- Fixed an issue preventing Ciri to gain energy when she start a combat right after ending another.
