Fixed a bug where Geralt's gear wouldn't be scaled when facing off against enemies that are at the same level as Geralt.
When FCR3 is installed crossbow bolts now scale to the enemy level instead of just scaling up to Geralt's level (the latter was FCR3's default behavior). Bolt scaling to the enemy's level can also be enabled without FCR3 just by editing GeraltLevelScales.ws: change "scaleVanillaBolts = false;" to "scaleVanillaBolts = true;" (disabled by default).
