I found it odd that despite her obvious portrayal as a high-maintenance, fabulous girly-girl, Keira didn't really wear much makeup.
So I gave her more.
I forgot to turn off Common Eyes while taking screenshots, so that's what I'm using for her eyes.

Technical Stuffs
Installation:
Follow normal procedure:
Download the mod, unpack it, put the "modKeira_BetterMakeup" folder into your mods folder.
Or just use a mod manager, such as Vortex.
Uninstallation:
Follow normal procedure:
Remove/Delete the "modKeira_BetterMakeup" folder from your mods folder.

Incompatibilities:
I feel this is pretty obvious, but this mod will not be compatible with any other mods that re-texture Keira's face (specifically, h_01_wa__keira_d01 & h_01_wa__keira_bloody_d01).
Stuff that changes her hair, clothes, or body should be fine though, I've tried it with all those, and even use a mod for her clothes in my everyday version of the game.
