Strange. I’ve recently started playing again and I’m using this mod with a couple of others. Haven’t noticed anything wrong. I’ve seen from earlier comments that you’ve had issues starting the game with this mod enabled, so it does sound like something wrong is happening. On my end I really can’t do much in terms of fixing problems, though. I’ve tried to make the mod as simple as possible and as it stands it’s a single texture modification so there’s not much room for trying to fix stuff. The texture is either transparent or not. I would assume that the problematic behavior comes from an interaction between this mod and others that try to affect that texture. Still, it’s odd that loading times of all things would be affected, which makes me think that it might be a conflict with another mod.
I "solved" it!!! Apparently any and all nudity mod the I was using caused the issue. Tried with only of them active at a time and all caused the issue. The mods are Vaginas for Everyone, Wide Nudity and Ciri Bandage Removal. The universe doesn't want me seing vaginas and titties in games, sad.

Great for performance as well as immersion. Works perfectly with newest version of the game 4.04.
