Changelogs
Version 1.4
Fixed an issue with some armor items in shops being unintentionally hidden due to what is possibly a bug in vanilla. In the vanilla game shops will upscale common armor items to match the player's level but sometimes that upscaling leaves them one level above the player's. The mod now only hides items that are more than one level above the player's.
Version 1.3
Slightly simpler script.
Version 1.2
Fixed a bug that could make viper armor recipes unobtainable: mod no longer affects Countess Mignole's temporary shop.
Version 1.1
Fixed a bug with higher level items sold by the player being mistakenly hidden in shops.
Hides a shop's weapons, armor & crafting schematics that are more than one level above the player's level while they remain above that level.
For preserving some sense of gear progression while using mods that remove item level restrictions (such as Gear Levels Hidden and No Level Requirements). You should no longer be able to easily buy and use endgame equipment right at the beginning of the game.

Spoiler:
Show
Items are only hidden with a non-persistent 'NoShow' tag, so uninstalling the mod should immediately make them visible again.
You can still obtain higher level items via loot/quest reward/crafting. Higher level items you sell to shops will remain visible.
An exception is made for the potentially higher level items that can only be temporarily obtained from Countess Mignole's shop.
The reason why the limit is set to player level + 1 instead of just player level is because in the vanilla game shops try to upscale their common armor items to match the player's level, only sometimes that upscaling leaves them one level above the player's.
