Let me know if you find any enabled decorative containers you think should be disabled or any disabled containers that you think should be enabled. You can use ShowHiddenContents() to reenable any container disabled by the mod if you're standing next to it.
One of the chests in Velen is not working. This is a hiding place under a question mark. Next to the cave near the fortune teller. Even after disabling the mod, the loot box is displayed, but after opening it, the marker from the map that the chest is open does not disappear and also lights up white. As in the case of the mod. It cannot be opened with the mod at all. It turns out that this is not the first and not the last broken chest?
I have been playing with this mod all my playtrough from the start, and the amount of loot has been perfect for me. I have felt no need to use any autoloot mod thanks to it.
I have been using your 2.0 version (for classic game), with the option ModNoDecorativeContainersIsJunkyJunkEnabled=false, because when I enable it or when I use your v2.1, I have noticed that using your other mod All Containers Glow without Witcher Senses, some containers start glowing at a distance and then they stop when I get closer (I guess when the script checks that they contain only junk), and I prefer when it doesn't happen.
Another thing that I like of 2.0 is that every interesting location that I explore ends having some container with a reward (usually just 1 or 2 chests instead of the many containers lootable in vanilla). The case is that I'm used now to considered that a location is not fully explored until I find a lootable chest, and if I use v2.1 (or ModNoDecorativeContainersIsJunkyJunkEnabled), sometimes the unique chest is not lootable (due to having only junk), and it feels odd.
I do like the reduced amount of honey from v2.1. In my game I have been mostly sort of food (something that I liked) until I arrived Novigrad. Then I got lots of free food in the party of the quest A Matter of Life and Death, that I would suggest to reduce in a similar way as honey (if possible).
Finally I wanted to point the only settlement I found (after exploring the whole map) where I was able to loot decorative containers (some barrels and sacks, both with v2.0 and v2.1), in case you want to check them for future versions: the name of the travel post is Ursten (south of Novigrad and west of the Pontar bridge), they are just a few houses. Anyway, thank you for your work and commitment with your mods.
As for the vegelbud party quest, if used together with the Reduced Lore Friendlier Loot the amount of food would've been drastically reduced as you'd only be getting 1 food item per food container instead of half a dozen or more.
Hi Partoutatix, do you know how to make the mod not hide loot containing strong alcohol for alchemy? I know there's a tag for alcohol in general but that returns both weak consumable alcohol and strong alcohol for alchemy I think.
Great mod and seems to be compatible with 4.04, with one issue: the title of the Mods menu is replaced with an empty string. The same has happened with this mod's name in that menu. Tested with only this mod enabled.
This will probably be fixed along with the missing LEGO entry in the Mods menu, but it shows ##preset_Mods_no_decorative_container in the mod's settings.
Yeah I've just checked out another of my mods with a menu and it seems to be doing same thing, something might've changed with how 4.04 handles menus. Will look into it.
Can't "discover" monster den near hanged man's tree. After i looted every chests (including this one on the scaffold) and killed every monster. This cave is still in white.
And Yes this have something to do with this mod. Maybe containers problem? I use W3ee redux. Chests are are highlighted, when i get close to them they stop glowing. I can't open them and clear the cave.
Maybe solution to turn off, this addon in w3ee redux. Then i clear all chests and clear out monsters den. After that i cant turn this mod on.
To figure out which mod causes a bug you should first test the issue with no mods installed and then with just the one mod installed. Also No Decoratives is already included in EE AFAIK.

Also please let me know of any bugs.
