Don't use this but instead use modUnreadDescriptions( minor tweaks 1.4) from the old files section of Unread Descriptions - Sort Everything minor tweaks - Next-Gen Compatible. It's made for the classic (old-gen) game, and works absolutely fine with Sort Everything without the need of any tweak.
unfortunately I couldn't get this mod to work with Sort Everything - W3MM https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1710. I am new to modding The Witcher 3 so if anyone has advice I would be happy to hear it. I tried giving this mod priority but it didn't work.

Thanks rfuzzo for that. And thanks veyn. Very nice
Hi, great mod! However, is it possible to make it flag as read once we have highlighted the entry AND has left the menu? Make it so that accidental scrolls to the unread ones are not marked as read instantly UNLESS if we change the menu (leave journal menu for journals, leave character menu for characters, etc.)
Click C and then B in the top bar. You want the lines from both mods.
Also, to the mod author: if you don’t want people bothering you with this question, you might want to smuggle this line between two vanilla lines, so that script merger auto-merges...
Clicking B, Then C created problems for me with the quest drop down menu's constantly getting rearranged. I remerged the scripts by clicking C, then B, and this issue went away. Maybe this will help some others out there. I also gave this mod priority over the "sort everything" mod. Not sure if this is what fixed it. Either way, this mod is working perfectly now with over 200 mods installed.
This mod would be great if it actually worked! The only problem with it is that it keeps rearranging the order of the expandable main quest, secondary quest, treasure hunt, completed, etc.. menus. Anybody else have this problem? If so, any fixes? Update: Nevermind. Fixed the issue by clicking C, then B, and giving this mod priority over sort everything.
