For me it works like it should. First time opening i can disable/enable DOF settings and in cut scenes it has always the blurry background enabled.
    Thank you.

      Touché!
I really shouldn't have made that post on that other mod page and I am sorry about that.
I was having a very bad day, but that's not a real excuse.

Installing this w/ NMM does NOT work b/c the folder structure is wrong. The mod folder should be the only folder in the archive, not hidden inside some other folder. NMM doesn't know what to do w/ that and just throws the upper folder into the Mods folder and calls it a day. You can install the folder modCutscenesDOF manually to your Mods folder or restructure the folders so that it installs correctly w/ NMM. I did it for you if you want it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ybo5xm_AM7m5I3StvuJgDesnV3xfhO1t/view?usp=sharing

Oh, I never use NMM so I didn't know about that.
I'll fix it when I have time. Thanks for letting me know :)

Hello my friend! I have a problem with this mod, after installing this mod, I get a very long download of dialogs with the NPC, and I can’t do anything about it, only the removal of your mod helps. I use PLM (WLM), and HD Rework. What could be the problem?

Hey happy new year and whatnot!

That' sounds like classic symptoms of hitting the mod limit (too many mods). Are you only using those 2 mods?

What KNGR said doesn't work in my case :( but your mod works flawless so anyway thanks Jack.

Quick question, when you edited the file (tip KNGR mentioned) and then played the game, are the changes you made still there after closing the game? Or was the file set back to default values?

If that's the case (file keeps resetting), then you'll need to make the file read-only. That should do the trick.

Or maybe you'll have to start a new game. After reading the settings I've noticed that I've got them different in my profile. That means these settings in the file are like the default for every new game you start, then the changes are saved in other places like documents (a theory) not entirely sure.

This was much needed! Thank you.

P.S. Your mod's hud.ws file is conflicting with the same file that comes with Friendly HUD, both add/edit the same file. Script Merger merges them together automatically tho. I hope it works just fine.

    Update: works as intended! Endorsed.

That's odd, I have it working just fine.
Perhaps a mod conflict or a mistake with the install?

Would love to help but I need some more information. How did you install it and what other mods do you have?

Did you disable DoF in the main menu?

Yes It is disabled, may be a conflict with another mod or something, I used merged script though. The extrange thing is that I remember working on 1.31 before, but somehow now doesn't work...

      I'll try again

Probably a mod conflict yeah. I have it working fine still.
If you can't figure it out, throw me a screen of your mod list, perhaps I can see if there's a conflicting mod.

Do I need to enable DoF in the Post Process settings or disable it when using this mod?

Oh thanks for the ultra fast reply. After sending that comment I noticed that you had already said to keep it disabled on the description page. I must have overlooked that. Sorry. I'm going to try the mod now then. I'll report back later to share my experience with it. Thanks for making it :-)

Thank Murzinio, he made it. I'm just passing it on for anyone interested.
Hope you have a great time with the mod!
