Fix for the toxicity face going away after getting hit using Quen.

Geralt's freaky face modifications at 25% toxicity and up disappear after getting hit when under the effects of Quen.
This mod adds a check to reset the face toxicity visual effect whenever the Quen shield is removed (whether expired, broken, or whatever)
Should be minimal if any performance impact.
I highly recommend using script merger since it modifies playerWitcher.ws, a very commonly modified file.
Just extract and put the folder in the "mod" folder.
